One of the best qualifications of the water unlike food is when it stays inside the body it never turns to toxin. Drinking 8 glass of water a day helps washing out the other toxins inside the digestive systems.

one the best ways of getting benefit from drinking water and having a gorgeous glowing skin is mixing 8 ounce of water, 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar and one table spoon of organic honey (available in wholefood) mix them all well and drink them on empty stomach (if you don’t like vinegar or if you have any digestive problems replace the vinegar with lukewarm water) this tip will help you loose weight and cleans any kind of bacteria or parasite inside the digestive system.

Therefore drink lots of water and get at least 8 hours sleep at night. Also don’t forget to apply lots of moisturizers and sunscreen to your skin. Skin needs topical hydration and protection.
